The choice of vines is never easy but in this case the territory claimed the vines that I ventilation from the north of the Apennines, thus favoring a unique microclimate for the well-being of our Guyot-trained This area characterized by steep slopes on the Serchio river, where my exciting adventure began in 1998, not at all obvious because there was no vineyard or winemaker within a radius of 40 km. In the following years the recovery and new life of the soils and vineyards according to the dictates of biodynamic agriculture, natural vinifications then exhausted wood and cement.
