In particular, it is possible to request a replacement or return of the package under the following conditions:<\/p><ul><li>the packaging is damaged and\/or the bottles are broken.<br \/>in this specific case, our staff sends the goods back and does not ask for their return (it is sufficient to send a photograph demonstrating the state of the bottles received).<\/li><li>You have made a mistake in choosing the product and want to replace it.<br \/>in this case the conditions of the product are important: The product must be in perfect condition and unopened, with the original packaging and label and in the same protective box in which it was received.<\/li><\/ul><p>These are the most frequent reasons that lead the customer to return a product that he does not satisfy or is defective.<\/p><p>Credit: When the product arrives in our warehouses we proceed to return the amount corresponding to the invoice (including shipping costs and\/or any cash on delivery) in the manner shared with the Podere C\u00f2ncori staff (re-credit to credit card or bank transfer ).<\/p><p>How to activate the return process: It is possible to activate the return process by sending a communication on paper or by email to the address: info@podereconcori.com containing the words &quot;Customer Service Reso Facile&quot; as the subject:<\/p><ul><li>original invoice or accompanying document (indicating the order and invoice number);<\/li><li>in case of partial withdrawal, enter the code of the article\/s.<\/li><li>re-credit method (request for credit card or bank transfer data).<\/li><\/ul><p>Cost of the return service:\u00a0<em>No return shipping costs<\/em>.
