It is possible to take advantage of our return service called "Reso Facile" and that is the right of withdrawal within 14 days of receipt of the goods. In particular, it is possible to request a replacement or return of the package under the following conditions:

  • the packaging is damaged and/or the bottles are broken.
    in this specific case, our staff sends the goods back and does not ask for their return (it is sufficient to send a photograph demonstrating the state of the bottles received).
  • You have made a mistake in choosing the product and want to replace it.
    in this case the conditions of the product are important: The product must be in perfect condition and unopened, with the original packaging and label and in the same protective box in which it was received.

These are the most frequent reasons that lead the customer to return a product that he does not satisfy or is defective.

Credit: When the product arrives in our warehouses we proceed to return the amount corresponding to the invoice (including shipping costs and/or any cash on delivery) in the manner shared with the Podere Còncori staff (re-credit to credit card or bank transfer ).

How to activate the return process: It is possible to activate the return process by sending a communication on paper or by email to the address: containing the words "Customer Service Reso Facile" as the subject:

  • original invoice or accompanying document (indicating the order and invoice number);
  • in case of partial withdrawal, enter the code of the article/s.
  • re-credit method (request for credit card or bank transfer data).
