An exceedingly straightforward wine crafted from Syrah grapes undergoes a brief skin contact for a few hours followed by a short maturation period in cement tanks. Subsequently, the must is added in spring before bottling. The outcome is a delicately hued pink wine, refermented in the bottle, boasting low alcohol content and commendable acidity.
