Podere Concori was born from the ambition of my father Luigi Da Prato who in the 1950s began a journey or rather an adventure: producing wine. The origins of my family span generations from carpenters to painters to innkeepers, cooks...wine has always been part of this world. Wine was produced for snacks and Luigi kept it in demijohns.

The origins
Great-grandfather Luigi Lemetti has the business of "edible and other genres".
1940
The arrival from Chicago
Grandfather Giorgio Lemetti arrives from Chicago and begins to manage the business, in America he had a grocery store.
1950
The beginning of Podere Còncori
Luigi, my father buys Còncori.
1960
Gigi Bar
Luigi opens a local "Gigi Bar" in Venezuela.
1970-90
The start of production
The farm begins to produce wine for the tavern and also agricultural products.

The turning point

Our donkey arrived to us in the spring of 2015, a small puppy of about 5 months. He was given the name of the day he was born: San Pietro precisely.
He loves being caressed, eating fresh vegetables from the garden, shoots from the vines, our garden flowers, all the fruit he can find and even your shirts!
