Delivery methods
The delivery methods available are shipping via express courier and via standard courier. The latter will replace the damaged products at his own expense and in the shortest possible time or, if this is not possible, reimburse the customer for their amount.
Terms of payment
The payment methods available are online payment by credit card or other means of electronic payment. The accepted means of electronic payment are: Visa, Master Card and American Express credit cards, and the PayPal payment system. All transactions are protected and confidential information is transmitted over the Internet only in encrypted form, i.e. codified according to a complex mathematical algorithm which guarantees its illegibility by third parties. The payment process is guaranteed by the Paypal system.
